The tenants are the City of Stockholm, through its Sports Administration, and Internationella Engelska Skolan. The leases have a term of 20 years. The buildings are environmentally certified according to Miljöbyggnad Gold and were taken possession of on March 2, 2026.

The buildings were constructed between 2022 and 2024 and are located in an attractive residential area close to the metro and Midsommarkransen Upper Secondary School. The location attracts families with children and complements and strengthens the cohesive urban environment.
