Nordic — Areim has completed an additional capital raise for its Nordic data centre fund, Areim DC Fund, bringing total raised capital to EUR 900 million. The capital raise was significantly oversubscribed and adds both Nordic and international institutional capital, further diversifying the investor base. Over the past two years, Areim has raised more than EUR 1.2 billion of capital to the platform, including equity, debt, and bond capital.

Nordic — Henrik Landelius will take over as CEO of Areim in March 2024. He comes most recently from NCC where he was part of the company’s senior management team and for the past five years has been Head of NCC Building Sweden.

Sweden — Holmströmgruppen and Areim place a bid of SEK 76 per share in Magnolia Bostad. The share closed on Tuesday at SEK 57.40.

Sweden — Pan-Nordic real estate investment manager Areim has announced the opening of an office in London and the appointment of Lauren O’Brien to the investor relations team.

Nordic — Areim recently launched its Areim Fund III and is now entering into its first deal – 20 percent of the Nordic portfolio that Blackstone last year bought from Obligo.
