Finland — Special investment fund EQ Care has bought a 12,000 sqm care and office property in the Western Pasila district in Helsinki. The "Rubik" property was sold by NREP for approx. EUR 47 million.

Finland — Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its portfolio in the Finnish market. In Kerava, just outside Helsinki, Logicenters is currently developing a logistics facility with a total area of 18,300 sqm. A ten-year lease has been signed with tenant Dachser to lease an area of around 4,600 sqm. The property is scheduled for completion in 2020.

Denmark — Titan Hus on Nørrebro gets a new owner. NREP has purchased the asset from Tatin and will now renovate and develop the property.

Sweden — Bonava is selling a rental project to NREP Nordic Strategies Fund III. The transaction comprises 162 rental apartments situated in the new Öster Mälarstrand district of Västerås, Sweden. The project is expected to be recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Nordic — Logicenters is now strengthening its team to support continued growth. Thomas Petersen is joining the Danish team as Commercial Manager with 27 years of experience in the logistics industry. His most recent position has been director of consulting and transaction services at CBRE.

Denmark — NREP has become the new co-owner and capital partner to Tetris A/S. NREP will amongst others help expand the VoksenPlus concept across the Denmark by funding an ambitious 5-year pipeline of 15 locations, totalling 80,000 sq.m and 1,000 rental units.

Finland — NREP has sold the Dixi shopping center to Special Investment Fund EQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) for approximately EUR 66M.

Finland — Citycon has signed an agreement to sell two shopping centres in Finland for approximately EUR 77 million to the Nordic real estate investor NREP.

Sweden — Besqab has signed an agreement to construct and sell a project containing 253 rental housing units in Uppsala to NREP for MSEK 493M.

Finland — EQ Commercial Properties has acquired four properties from NREP for EUR 74M.

Finland — NREP has agreed to set up Aktiivihallit Ky together with experienced real estate professionals Tapani Piri and Jukka Torvinen. Aktiivihallit Ky aims to invest and develop flexible multifunctional properties, especially for production and storage.

Finland — The investment company Pontos acquires NREP’s stake of the NREP C1 real estate portfolio, resulting a 100 percent ownership of the portfolio for Pontos.

Nordic — 2019 will be a year of expansion for Logicenters. Three key positions are now being added in order to support the growth of the organisation. Simon Campbell, Richard Drougge and Victoria Ödmark will be taking on these new positions at Logicenters.

Sweden — NREP appoints Stefan Wallander as new CEO for its operations in Sweden. Wallander will now lead NREP through an expansive growth phase as the company plans on broadening both its business and areas of investment.

Denmark — Logicenters will develop a 14,872 square meter property just outside Copenhagen. An almost twelve-meter-high cross-dock facility with modern and flexible specifications will be constructed and planned to be completed in 2020. The tenant Bring will move into the building upon completion.

Denmark — Upcycle Studios, designed by Lendager Group, is the only Nordic project at this years Mipim Awards competing for Best Residential Development. In the category Best Industrial & Logistics Development CF Møller Architects are competing with their UK project Greenwich Peninsula Low Carbon Energy Centre.

Sweden — NREP acquires office properties at Stora Essingen and at the same time signs contingent agreement for transfer to JM.

Sweden — Logicenters and Kilenkrysset collaborate to develop a 150,000 sqm logistics park in Håbo, North of Stockholm.

Sweden — NREP sells its 50 percent share of the Karlastaden development project in Gothenburg back to Serneke.
