Sweden — Optuna Management and Alma Property Partners, which in 2025 established a joint venture focused on warehouse and light industrial properties in Greater Gothenburg, have completed their second joint acquisition. The transaction concerns the property Kärra 92:1 in Gothenburg, acquired from Nordsvets Holding AB.
