The property comprises approximately 2,900 square meters of leasable area as well as extensive Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) space. It is located in an established and strategic position within the Orrekulla industrial area in northern Gothenburg. In connection with the acquisition, the existing tenant has renegotiated and extended its lease agreement.
