The property is located at Flygfältsgatan 14 in Torslanda, one of Gothenburg's industrial and logistics areas. The acquisition is another step in Optuna and Alma's joint strategy to build a portfolio of warehouse and light industrial properties in the Gothenburg region.

"We have wanted to increase our exposure to Torslanda and Arendal for some time, and this property has precisely the qualities we are looking for - a hard-to-replicate industrial location, a functional property with a good balance between warehouse, office and yard space, and a strong tenant whose operations depend on proximity to the automotive cluster in Torslanda. We are very pleased to be able to add this property to the portfolio," says Simon Qvilldal, co-founder of Optuna Management.

"The acquisition fits well with our joint strategy and strengthens our presence in one of Gothenburg's key industrial and logistics areas. The combination of a strategic location and a property with good technical specifications provides the long-term qualities we seek in our investments," says David Repton, Director at Alma Property Partners.

"We are pleased with the transaction and that the property has found an engaged new owner," says Torbjörn Sörum, CEO of Autotrans Utleiebygg AB.
