Denmark — Rubik enters into a major strategic partnership with PFA and, in close collaboration with Cobblestone, takes over the management of PFA's entire commercial portfolio of DKK 24 billion (app. EUR 3.3 billion.)

Denmark — Catena has signed an agreement with PFA Real Estate to acquire a facility in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen, for approximately DKK 285 million (EUR 38 million). Postnord is the tenant at the property.

Denmark — William Kanta and Sune Ingemann launch Evervest, a new Danish operating partner focused on investing in and optimizing properties together with Danish and international real estate investors. Sweden — The Danish pension company PFA and Obligo Real Estate has entered into a collaboration agreement to create a residential platform in Sweden. The newly established company is called PFA Bostad. Obligo will manage the platform, as well as sourcing and execution of transactions.
