Evervest is a strategic partner that helps investors gain access to the Danish real estate market. Through tailored strategies and targeted optimization of property portfolios, Evervest can create value for owners, residents, and the environment. The agreement with PFA regarding management of 30 residential properties marks the company's first step as a significant new player in the industry.
"We have a strong foundation of both local and international experience and an ambition to become a leading investment and asset management player in the Danish market. We believe we can make a difference for investors seeking a partner with both vision and execution power," says William Kanta, CEO of Evervest, and continues:
"The collaboration with PFA is a fantastic start for us and an important step on our journey. We are proud to work with one of Denmark's largest and most ambitious pension funds, and we look forward to creating value together."
The onboarding of the 30 properties from PFA to Evervest has been underway since January 1, 2025.
"We have chosen to outsource the management of part of our portfolio. With their experienced team and structured approach, we see Evervest as a strong partner to help us manage our real estate investments," says Peter Morgan, Head of Real Estate at PFA.
After a period of stagnation in the Danish real estate market, opportunities are emerging as activity is increasing, with several major transactions at the end of 2024. A sign that many investors once again are viewing Denmark as an attractive market to invest in, according to the management duo behind Evervest.
By combining local knowledge with an analytical approach, Evervest will assist investors in sourcing and managing properties in a constantly changing market with increasing demands from residents and the environment. Evervest's ambition is to work diligently to meet these demands and to create strong returns for investors through, among other things, the implementation of digital tools for efficient, structured optimization of property operations.
"We develop investment strategies that create attractive property portfolios for residents, the environment, and owners in the long term. After acquisitions, we closely monitor and manage the operations in collaboration with property administrators to ensure that the potential of each property is fully utilized," says Sune Ingemann, COO of Evervest.
William Kanta and Sune Ingemann both bring solid experience from previous roles, having worked with both large transactions and the transformation of real estate companies and portfolios.
William Kanta previously created the property group BoStad, which was sold to AP Pension in one of Denmark's largest real estate transactions in 2021. Sune Ingemann has previously been a director at Nrep and was heading Nrep's Living segment across markets in Europe. Most recently, the duo led the Tetriis group through a strategic downsizing. In addition, Evervest has hired Rasmus Paulsen as CFO. Rasmus Paulsen has more than seven years of experience from EY as an auditor serving real estate clients and was part of the team at BoStad.
