Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build a parking garage in Jyväskylä. The customer is Jyväs-Parkki Oy and the contract is worth EUR 19 million.

Norway — Peab has signed a contract to acquire 90.4 percent of the shares in Arne Olav Lund A/S (AOL) based in Larvik. This acquisition reinforces Peab’s civil engineering business in Norway.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 84 homes in central Kungsbacka. The customer is Aranäs fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 182 million.

Sweden — Peab has signed a contract to sell a rental apartment project worth SEK 280 million and commercial premises worth SEK 40 million in Borås to Vatne Property AS. The premises and rental apartments will be turned over in 2022 respectively 2024.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build the new nursing home Tåsenhjemmet in Oslo. The customer is Oslobygg KF and the contract is worth NOK 446 million.
