The project entails building a nine story high-rise with a total of 75 apartments and a parking garage under the ground floor in Ranta-Tampella in Tampere.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in January 2022 and the project is expected to be completed in September 2023.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2021.
