Sweden — Skanska has performed a strategic bottom-up process and introduces a new business stream, Investment Properties, and revised financial targets. The revisions consist of a target for the new stream and a new limit for the Group adjusted net debt.

Nordic — Skanska invests EUR 20M in the second phase of Port7, a mixed-use project in Prague, Czech Republic. The second phase consists of two office buildings with a total leasable area of around 7,900 square meters.

Finland — Skanska has acquired a development property in Espoo. The seller is MSD Finland Oy and the investment amounts to EUR 23M, about SEK 230M.

Denmark — Skanska has signed an 8-year lease agreement with Telia for approximately 6,000 square meters in the Nest45 office building in Ørestad City, Copenhagen. With this lease the building is now about 90 percent occupied.

Sweden — Skanska is investing about SEK 460 million in the multi-family rental project Tora in Stockholm. The construction contract is worth about SEK 310 million, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the fourth quarter 2021.

Sweden — Skanska invests about SEK 450 million in a new residential block with a total of 107 Nordic Swan ecolabelled apartments in Bromma, Stockholm.

Sweden — Skanska is divesting a portfolio of six logistics projects in Sweden to Barings. In a first stage, the divestment of two projects, at a total value of SEK 1.1 billion, will be recorded by Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2021.

Finland — Skanska invests EUR 36M in a residential development project in Oulu. The building will be 16-storeys high and consists of 94 apartments.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with Union Investment to build rental apartments in Helsinki. The contract is worth EUR 68M, about SEK 690M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2021.

Norway — The contract is worth NOK 563M, about SEK 560M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2021.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Stadsfastigheter in Malmö to build a new upper secondary school in Malmö, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 400M.

Sweden — Skanska has divested an office building in Kiruna, Sweden, to Luleälven Fastigheter AB for about MSEK 260.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with KOy Apron to build a hotel developed by LAK Real Estate Oy in Helsinki Airport, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 86M which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2021.

Norway — Skanska has signed an agreement with Obos to build 121 apartments in, Norway. The contract is worth approximately NOK 480 million, about SEK 475 million, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2021.

Sweden — Skanska invests EUR 69M, about SEK 700M, in the first phase of Studio, an office complex in Warsaw, Poland. The first building will offer a total leasable area of 17,600 square meters and will be 14 stories high.

Sweden — The construction giant Skanska has presented its Q2 figures.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to renovate congress and event venue Finlandia Hall located in the center of Helsinki. The contract is worth EUR 88M, about SEK 890M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter of 2021.

Sweden — Skanska has divested an elderly care home in Sollentuna outside Stockholm, Sweden, for about SEK 280M. The buyer is Altura and lease agreements have previously been signed with Nytida and Vardaga.

Sweden — Skanska has divested a residential project consisting of rental apartments, senior apartments and a home for people with special needs in Malmö. The buyer is Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB. The selling price is about SEK 300 million.

Sweden — Skanska and the Development Office, City of Stockholm, have agreed on a new target cost for remaining and additional work on the reconstruction of Slussen, Stockholm, Sweden. The new target cost generates an order booking of about SEK 1.5 billion, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the second quarter 2021.

Sweden — Skanska invests approximately USD 476M, about SEK 4.0 billion, in The Eight, its newest office development project in Bellevue, Washington, USA.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a 20-year lease agreement with Greenfood for a 44,000 square meter new food and logistics center in Långeberga, Helsingborg, Sweden. Greenfood is one of northern Europe's leading actors in healthy food.

Sweden — Skanska has divested land in Solna for about MSEK 300 to Specialfastigheter.

Sweden — Skanska invests about SEK 390M in the first stage of the office building Sthlm 02 in Stockholm, Sweden. The first phase of the seven-storey building will have a leasable area of approximately 7,600 square meters.
