Sweden — Danish Henning Larsen Architects has won the international design competition for Skanska´s remarkable new high-rise landmark in Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city.

Norway — Skanska har signed a contract with Harald Kværner Eiendom AS to construct a commercial property and a parking garage in Jessheim, Norway. The contract value is €36,4M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska Norway for the second quarter of 2015.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with SPP Fastigheter regarding transfer of the office property Österport 7 in Malmö. The deal is implemented as a corporate transaction where the purchase price is based on an underlying property value of MSEK 330 (€35M).

Finland — Orava Residential REIT has in two separate deals acquired 140 apartments in different cities in Finland.

Norway — The Norwegian shopping centre Fornebu S, located just outside of Oslo, recently won two awards at the Breeam Awards. Now they have been named Årets Bygg (Construction of the Year) in Norway.
