Norway — Skanska invests NOK 270 million in the second phase of the residential project Lillebytunet in Trondheim. The second phase consists of 66 apartments and seven row houses.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with a technology company to build a data center facility in Finland. The contract is worth EUR 77 million which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build four new data centers in the southeast region of the USA. The contract is worth USD 1.2 billion, about SEK 11.2 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Stena Real Estate has acquired Studio A, the second phase of the Studio office development in Warsaw, from Skanska. With this transaction, Stena Real Estate becomes the owner of both phases of the Studio office complex, strengthening its long-term presence in the Polish office market. This acquisition marks an important step in Stena Real Estate’s expansion and further strengthens its presence in Warsaw.

Sweden — Skanska divests a self-developed rental multifamily project, Traktören 20, in Tureberg in central Sollentuna, Sweden, to the Folksam Group through KPA Pension. The transaction value is about SEK 570M which will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Property Development in the second quarter of 2026. The takeover will take place in connection with completion, planned for the first quarter of 2029. The construction contract amounts to about SEK 320M and will be included in the order intake for Sweden in the second quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with AshbyCapital to deliver 55 Old Broad Street, a 23-storey commercial office near Liverpool Street Station in London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 282M, about SEK 3.5 billion, which will be included in order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with Specialfastigheter Sverige AB for the expansion of Hall prison, Södertälje. The agreement is worth about SEK 810 million.

Sweden — Skanska divests a self-developed rental multifamily project at Hisingen in Gothenburg to the Folksam Group through KPA Pension for about SEK 500 million.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with the City of Malmö to begin phase two of the construction of a new football and athletics facility in Malmö.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with atNorth to build a data center expansion in Espoo. The contract is worth EUR 100 million which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build an industrial facility in Södertälje, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 560M, which will be included in the Swedish order bookings for the second quarter 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Telenor Sweden and Telenor Connexion for approximately 6,600 square meters in the office building Olivin on western Kungsholmen in Stockholm, Sweden. The building is now about 87 percent let. Telenor is expected to move into its new Swedish headquarters in 2028.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a new contract to build a residential complex in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Matadorka Living project is being developed by Nová Matadorka, a.s., a part of OPTIMAL DEVELOPMENT. The contract is worth EUR 45 million which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2026.

Norway — Skanska has signed a ten-year lease agreement for approximately 7,500 square meters of office space in Christian Krohgs gate 2, which is a new office project developed by Skanska and Entra in a 50/50 joint venture, in Oslo, Norway. With this lease the building is now 35 percent leased. Skanska is expected to take occupancy of its new Norwegian headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2029.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with Halmstad Municipality to build a new high school for civil engineering including a sports hall. The contract is worth about SEK 440M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden in the first quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build a new data center in the USA.

Sweden — Skanska invests CZK 917M, about SEK 400M, in the final phase of the residential project Albatros Kbely in Prague, Czech Republic. This phase will feature 178 low-energy apartments, completing a fully-fledged urban district with extensive public spaces and civic amenities right in the neighborhood.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired a property located on Bokserska Street in the Mokotów district in Warsaw, Poland, from the special purpose company Bokserska 64.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with British Land and GIC, as part of the Broadgate joint venture, to deliver the full construction and mechanical & electrical services installation of One Appold Street in London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 273M which will be included in order bookings for Europe for the first quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska divests the office building Equilibrium 2 in Bucharest, Romania, for EUR 37 million.

Norway — Skanska invests in the office project Christian Krohgs gate 2 in Oslo. The total project investment is about NOK 1.8 billion. The project will be executed in a 50/50 joint venture with Entra.
