Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build a new data center in the USA.

Sweden — Skanska invests CZK 917M, about SEK 400M, in the final phase of the residential project Albatros Kbely in Prague, Czech Republic. This phase will feature 178 low-energy apartments, completing a fully-fledged urban district with extensive public spaces and civic amenities right in the neighborhood.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired a property located on Bokserska Street in the Mokotów district in Warsaw, Poland, from the special purpose company Bokserska 64.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with British Land and GIC, as part of the Broadgate joint venture, to deliver the full construction and mechanical & electrical services installation of One Appold Street in London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 273M which will be included in order bookings for Europe for the first quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska divests the office building Equilibrium 2 in Bucharest, Romania, for EUR 37 million.

Norway — Skanska invests in the office project Christian Krohgs gate 2 in Oslo. The total project investment is about NOK 1.8 billion. The project will be executed in a 50/50 joint venture with Entra.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland to carry out the second phase of a hospital project in Turku, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 50M, about SEK 540M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2026.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with HOK-Elanto to build a Prisma hypermarket in Espoo, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 60M, approximately SEK 660M, and will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2026.

Denmark — Skanska has divested a residential and hotel project on Ørestads Boulevard 31 in Copenhagen, Denmark, for DKK 608 million, about SEK 890 million, to Urban Partners. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Sweden — Skanska has, in a joint venture with Flatiron, signed an additional contract with Los Angeles World Airports for the Airfield and Terminal Modernization Program (ATMP) Roadway Improvements project in Los Angeles, California.

Norway — Entra and Skanska have entered into an agreement to establish a 50/50 joint venture to start a redevelopment project at Christian Krohgs gate 2 in Oslo city centre.

Norway — Skanska invests NOK 244 million, about SEK 230 million, in the first phase of a residential project in Trondheim.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to build rental apartments in Helsinki. The contract is worth EUR 32 million which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Sweden — Skanska has divested the office complex Port7 in Prague, Czech Republic, for about EUR 130 million. The buyer is AFI through its subsidiaries. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter of 2025. The transfer of the properties is scheduled for the first half of 2026.

Sweden — Pontus Winqvist has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President at Skanska Group. He will take office as Group CFO and join Skanska's Group Leadership Team as of November 27, 2025.

Sweden — Skanska invests about SEK 450M in the Ängsklockan condominiums in Järvastaden, Solna, Sweden. There will be a total of 119 apartments ranging in size from one to five rooms and kitchens. There will also be garage under the buildings with space for charging electric cars.

Sweden — Skanska has divested the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław, Poland, for EUR 62 million. The buyer is INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund in joint venture with BUD HOLDINGS.

Sweden — Skanska invests about EUR 74M in the fifth phase of the office complex Nowy Rynek in Poznań in Poland.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Ridgeline Development Partners for a new residential building and a new hotel building in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, USA. The contract is worth USD 175M, about SEK 1.7 billion.

Sweden — Skanska has, in a joint venture with Railroad Construction Company, signed a contract with Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission for the standby power generation facility project in Newark, New Jersey, USA.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the second phase of the Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź, Poland, to the Łódź Voivodeship for 160 million Polish zloty, including VAT. Occupancy is immediate.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the real estate company Nordr to acquire parts of their residential portfolio in Trondheim, Norway. The total contract value is NOK 515M, about SEK 490M. Closing of the transaction will take place during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Statsbygg for the construction of a new university building for The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.

Nordic — Skanska has signed an additional contract with the University of Virginia for the construction of the Paul and Diane Manning Institute of Biotechnology at Fontaine Research Park in Charlottesville, Virginia. The additional contract is worth USD 116 million, approximately SEK 1.2 billion, which will be included in the USD order intake for the third quarter of 2025.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with a technology company to build a data center facility in Finland.
