Sweden — Klövern has signed an agreement to acquire the property Orminge 54:2 in Orminge Centre, with Bilia as the seller, and has simultaneously been granted a land allocation for two adjacent properties – Orminge 54:1 and part of Orminge 60:1. The plan is to construct approximately 500 sustainable homes, with construction scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2029.

Sweden — Klövern has acquired two commercial properties in Örnsberg, southwest Stockholm, with potential development rights for approximately 270 residential units. The seller is Vincero Fastigheter. The properties are scheduled for transfer on June 2, 2025, at which point Klövern will assume management responsibilities.

Sweden — With almost 3,000 homes under development in various phases, NREP is accelerating the residential investment in Sweden with intensity. The team is now being expanded with four new employees, including the appointment of Britt Lindqvist in the key role of Director, Head Residential Operations.
