“We look forward to being part of the urban development in Orminge and thank Nacka Municipality for the confidence shown in jointly developing a new zoning plan. The area holds great potential due to its proximity to nature, local services, and Stockholm city. The project aligns perfectly with our strategy to build sustainable housing in attractive locations,” says Rickard Langerfors, CEO of Klövern.
The properties are located in the Orminge Centre area and are currently commercial. In line with Nacka Municipality’s urban development plan to create a more vibrant and secure town centre, Klövern intends to build approximately 500 residential units arranged in a block structure.
“The blocks will be of high architectural quality and contribute positively to the urban streetscape, with ground-floor premises designed to enhance safety and activity. The surrounding environment will provide natural meeting places with extensive greenery and vegetation. The properties will be developed in accordance with Klövern’s high sustainability standards,” says Sofia Bredberg Hanser, Head of Business Development at Klövern.
Possession of the acquired property will take place once the zoning plan has gained legal force.
