Sweden — HSB Bostad has acquired development rights for 180 residential units in Örnsberg, Hägersten. The seller is Vincero Fastigheter.

Sweden — Klövern has acquired two commercial properties in Örnsberg, southwest Stockholm, with potential development rights for approximately 270 residential units. The seller is Vincero Fastigheter. The properties are scheduled for transfer on June 2, 2025, at which point Klövern will assume management responsibilities.
