The development rights pertain to a multi-family residential project comprising approximately 180 apartments and are located within an established residential area in Örnsberg. The project encompasses 15,250 square metres of gross floor area (GFA). Adoption of the detailed development plan is expected in autumn 2026, with the plan anticipated to gain legal force during 2027.

"This acquisition forms part of our strategy to increase the company’s housing production volumes. We look forward to delivering new homes for our members participating in HSB’s housing savings programme," says Jenny Bergendorff, CEO of HSB Bostad.

The seller is Vincero Fastigheter, with Tango acting as advisor to the transaction.
