Sweden — In connection with the new partnership with Hines, Fredrik Palm has been appointed CEO of Vincero Fastigheter. Palm has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and will also become a shareholder, joining founders Andreas Rutili and Robin Rutili as a new partner.

Sweden — Global real assets investment manager Hines is acquiring 50 percent of the shares in Vincero Fastigheter Holding AB. Hines and Vincero Fastigheter AB are thereby forming a long-term joint venture for residential development in the Stockholm region. The portfolio comprises more than 3,000 residential development rights in Storängen in central Huddinge, Segeltorp and Örnsberg in the City of Stockholm.

Sweden — Vincero Fastigheter has sold two office properties in central Uppsala of 3,800 square meters. The buyer of the properties is AB Upsala Nya Tidning, which is part of the NTM Group.

Sweden — Vincero Fastigheter continues to expand in Huddinge through two acquisitions in Storängen. The properties encompass close to 9,000 square meters leasable area in total, split among offices, warehouses and production.
