"I am joining Vincero Fastigheter because I believe in the company's long-term potential. Vincero has established a strong position in residential development in attractive locations across the Stockholm region, with a substantial portfolio of development rights and an experienced team. Our focus now is to realize the potential of the portfolio while expanding the business together with our institutional partners," says Fredrik Palm, CEO and Partner at Vincero Fastigheter.

"With Fredrik, we are gaining a CEO and partner who combines strong relationships with institutional investors with extensive experience in executing transactions and developing large-scale projects. This is exactly the expertise we need as we take the next step together with Hines," says Andreas Rutili, founder of Vincero Fastigheter.
