JM Makes Investment for Residential Development in Espoo

JM is acquiring a property in Kera, Espoo in The Greater Helsinki area. Occupancy and payment will take place in Q4, 2021. The acquisition is worth approximately SEK 150 million. The property’s local planning will be prepared by JM, aiming to enable a development of approximately 500 residential units, various services and other functions like business premises.
