The acquisition will be financed and the property recorded on Alma Media’s balance sheet in October 2017 and the value of the transaction is EUR 14.5 million.

Hemfosa Acquires Properties in Finland for EUR 43M

Finland Finland — Hemfosa has signed an agreement to acquire, and has taken possession of, two properties in Espoo, Finland. The police authority and the office of the public prosecutor are the largest tenants. This acquisition, with a corresponding value of about MSEK 420 (EUR 43M), will strengthen Hemfosa's position in Finland, where its property portfolio is now worth approximately SEK 1.5 billion (EUR 152M). The sellers are Localtapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
