The property remains one of Skanlog’s key distribution hubs in the Stockholm region. As part of the lease extension, Mileway will undertake several major upgrades aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs for the customer. These upgrades include a new roof, LED lighting, and a modern ventilation system.
The Jordbro industrial area is one of Stockholm’s largest and most dynamic business zones, with direct access to Route 73 and excellent rail connections. The area hosts a wide range of industrial, logistics, and commercial companies – alongside a rich offering of services including restaurants, gyms, and retail stores.
“Our continued partnership with Skanlog is a clear example of our commitment to providing customers with a genuine competitive edge – through strategically located, high-quality logistics space that enhances efficiency and shortens lead times. The upgrades currently being implemented underscore our shared focus on sustainability and operational optimisation, while delivering future-proof, responsible real estate solutions that support our customers’ growth,” says Jacob Goldmann, Country Director of Mileway Sweden.
