Skanska has been working on preparations for what has now been agreed since spring 2025. In its entirety, the construction project includes construction of three buildings, complementary buildings, and ground and foundation work. Handover to Specialfastigheter Sverige AB will take place in spring 2029.

Including work already invoiced, the total project value for Skanska is about SEK 890 million.
