Active Fastighet and Tarnhelm Fastigheter jointly own Irsta Företagspark through a joint venture. The park is located in Västerås and comprises approximately 12,000 square meters of lettable area and 36,000 square meters of land.

 

The properties are strategically situated in the Irsta Industrial Area along the E18 highway, with close proximity to the entrance to Västerås city and Västerås Airport. Irsta is a locality within Västerås Municipality, located approximately 10 kilometers east of Västerås city center.
