The newly acquired properties are located at Farverland 6 in Glostrup and Avedøreholmen 86A in Hvidovre. Together, they comprise approximately 16,500 square meters of lettable area on a combined site of 26,250 square meters. Both properties are situated in established business districts with excellent access to public transport and major road networks, making them highly attractive to tenants and well positioned for long-term value creation.

“These acquisitions reinforce our strategy to expand within the industrial and logistics segment in Greater Copenhagen. We see significant opportunities to create value both through further development of existing assets and through continued growth in a market with strong fundamentals and stable demand,” says Gustav Bachmann, Investment Professional at Alma Property Partners.

“With the acquisition of Farverland 6 and Avedøreholmen 86A, we continue the targeted development of a strong and well-positioned portfolio. The properties are fully aligned with our investment strategy and represent attractive opportunities for value creation. We are pleased that our successful collaboration with Alma Property Partners continues to bear fruit,” says Mads-Emil Granzow, Investment Director at Rubik Properties.

The joint venture has now established a diversified portfolio of strategically located assets that combine stable cash flows with significant value-creation potential through active management. Alma and Rubik remain focused on identifying new opportunities in a segment characterized by both strong tenant demand and sustained investor interest.
