The Swedish National Property Board (Statens Fastighetsverk), a long-term tenant at Sankt Paulsgatan (Saturnus 20), will vacate the premises during the third quarter of 2026. The new lease, with an expected move-in during the second quarter of 2027, covers a significantly larger portion of the building – just over 9,300 square meters, which is 2,600 square meters more than what the Swedish National Property Board previously leased. The lease agreement, with a 15-year term, has been signed with SOS Alarm Sverige AB, which will relocate its entire Stockholm operations as well as its headquarters to Saturnus 20.

Slussgården continues to sign new lease agreements, with the total contract value during the first eight months of the year now exceeding SEK 2 billion. The majority of this amount comes from leases in Snäckan 8 and Saturnus 20, although several agreements have also been signed for other properties within the Södermalm portfolio.

“We are very pleased that SOS Alarm Sverige AB has chosen Slussgården as its landlord. Together, we will adapt the premises to meet their needs, and we are confident that SOS Alarm Sverige AB will thrive with us. Despite the current market conditions, we have been very successful in leasing activities this year, all of which have been carried out in-house with our own resources. Törngren Magnell & Partners Advokatfirma, acting as Slussgården’s advisor, once again managed to finalize a highly complex lease agreement in a short timeframe,” says Lars Kinneholm, CEO of Slussgården.
