The properties Pomologen 1, Solstrålen 1, and Orienteraren 1 are located in Sigtuna Stadsängar, while Solkatten 1 is situated in Brunnshög, Lund. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 18,050 square metres. The properties are Swan-certified and have been constructed with a strong focus on sustainability. They will be incorporated into the Group’s sustainability management framework to maintain high environmental performance and contribute toward established climate targets.
