He most recently worked at JM, where he held a similar role as Business Developer responsible for the group’s development of healthcare and assisted-living properties. Prior to that, he gained substantial experience as a project manager within the municipal sector, providing him with a broad foundation in matters relating to property development and urban planning.

In his new role, Martin Calmtorp will identify and develop property projects and contribute to the company’s long-term efforts to optimise its project portfolio.
