Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has been granted an early land reservation, valid for one year, for office development within the Trinity block in eastern Hagastaden. As several conditions must be clarified before a formal land allocation can be granted, an agreement for early land reservation has been executed. The site had previously been allocated to NCC for hotel and commercial use, but the company chose not to extend the agreement ahead of the adoption of the detailed development plan.
