The new lease forms part of Mileway’s ongoing investment in the property, with space being upgraded and adapted to meet modern logistics and cold storage requirements, particularly for grocery distribution and food handling.

ATA Trading is a Helsingborg-based food wholesaler specialising in products including fruit and vegetables. It imports from suppliers across Europe and distributes them to wholesalers throughout Sweden. The additional space will provide the capacity needed to support its continued growth and streamline its logistics and distribution operations.

Ackumulatorn 2 & 8 is strategically located in Långeberga, one of Helsingborg’s most established logistics areas and an important hub for food and fresh produce distribution. With direct access to the E6 motorway and close to key transport routes, the property is well positioned for both national and international distribution.

The property provides extensive loading capacity and generous warehouse space. As part of the works to ATA Trading’s new premises, Mileway will install temperature-controlled storage and LED lighting, as well as refurbishing the interior finishes to create a modern, energy efficient environment for handling and distributing food products.

Alongside the improvements to ATA Trading’s premises, Mileway will continue to invest in Ackumulatorn 2 & 8 by renovating and modernising the building’s façade and, enhancing the overall quality and appearance of the property.

Looking ahead, Mileway plans to develop a further 3,000 to 7,000 sqm of space at the property, creating opportunities for more food and distribution businesses to establish operations in Långeberga.
