Sweden —
After a decade of investing in the industrial and logistics sector, Swedish property company Platzer is preparing its next major expansion. Under its new Arendal 5.0 development programme, the company plans to invest around SEK 2 billion in creating 200,000 sq m of new industrial and logistics space adjacent to the Port of Gothenburg.
