Niam on the big hotel deal in Copenhagen: "Good interest"

After seven years of management and development, Niam has now sold the 27-story Crowne Plaza hotel property in Copenhagen to Capman and the Danish pension fund AP Pension. The companies have chosen not to communicate any purchase price for the 29,089 square meter property, which includes 366 rooms, but Erik Rydström, Fund Manager at Niam Real Estate, tells Nordic Property News why they chose to sell now, what the market interest was like and what the company itself is looking for in terms of assets going forward.
