Nordic — Plus article Transaction activity in the Nordic region remained stable in August despite rising long-term interest rates, according to the latest figures from the advisory firm Colliers. A total of 60 transactions were completed with a combined value of euro 1.6 billion. This brings the Nordic transaction volume for the year to date to around euro 23,6 billion — an increase of 21 percent compared to the same period last year.
