Sweden — With some of the Nordic region’s most experienced professionals in their teams, South Bay and Nrep are now joining forces in a strategic joint venture focused on new development projects in the Swedish logistics market. The partnership, built on a long-standing relationship between the parties, combines financial strength, proven execution capability, and deep expertise in modern logistics across the Nordics. The collaboration will be initiated with a brownfield project in Norra Hamnen, Malmö.

Finland — Logicenters has signed a deal with Warasto Finland to develop a new, temperature-controlled warehouse in Lieto. The new warehouse will include frozen, chilled, and room temperature parts. The completion is scheduled for autumn 2026.

Sweden — The delivery company Bring is to establish a new terminal in northern Stockholm with Logicenters as landlord. The new terminal will provide space for more packages – and shorter delivery times for consumers in Sweden’s most parcel-intensive area.

Sweden — AAK, specialists in plant-based oil and fat ingredients, is investing in a new state-of-the-art logistics facility in Staffanstorp, Sweden. This is taking place within the framework of its foodservice operations, and in collaboration with Logicenters.

Finland — Logicenters has signed a new lease agreement with DEXIS and will develop a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics facility in Tuusula, Finland. Construction is expected to begin soon, with completion scheduled for late summer 2026.

Norway — Oslo Airport City (OAC) and Nrep’s logistics platform, Logicenters, have entered into a joint venture and partnership agreement to develop OAC’s logistics park in Gardermoen business park (Ullensaker municipality) The collaboration involves a land bank of approximately 480,000 sqm gross area, with 353,000 sqm designated as developable land. The area was fully zoned earlier this summer.

Nordic — Logicenters and Evolutiq secure strategic commercial property in the Stuttgart metropolitan region.

Denmark — Logicenters is expanding in Brabrand by acquiring a new logistics center with a total area of 13,649 sqm. The international express supplier DHL, which currently leases 6,210 sqm of the facility, is already operating. On the remaining area, Logicenters will build a speculative property available for lease.

Finland — Logicenters has acquired a site area of 25,000 sqm in Tuusula, Finland. The company plans to develop a logistics center of 10,000 sqm with construction starting in the third quarter of 2024. Potential tenants are able to move into the property after the summer of 2025.

Sweden — A new tenant is now confirmed for Logicenters facility in Kronoslätts logistics park. The sustainable insulation company Ekolution is expanding its operations by taking over 11,500 sqm in an existing property. The move will take place during the second half of 2024.

Norway — Logicenters continues its commitment in Moss and has entered into an agreement with Gudmund Harlem to acquire the company Marine Trading AS. The transaction involves the acquisition of all nine logistics properties owned by Marine Trading AS in Moss, along with a significant land bank in Våler Næringspark.

Finland — It has now been announced that Logicenters has acquired an 19,000 sqm plot near Helsinki Airport. In connection with the deal, Logicenters has also signed an agreement with Puumerkki Oy, which will lease the new property starting from the summer of 2025.

Nordic — Together with Evolutiq, a Cologne-based investment and asset management company, Logicenters advised the acquisition of a plot of land for a logistics development in Meckenheim. The transaction was carried out for the joint venture established in Q3 2023 between Logicenters and a German family office. The closing of the transaction is planned for January 2024.

Denmark — Logicenters invests heavily in Horsens – develops 41,500 sqm and signs agreement with Royal Unibrew.

Sweden — Logicenters is now acquiring a warehouse facility in Eskilstuna with a total area of 71 600 sqm. The logistics company Logent – operating on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial – will be the tenant in the property. The facility also includes a building right for an additional 27 000 sqm and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024.

Finland — Logicenters has acquired a new site of 58 000 sqm in Tampere. A state-of-the-art vacant property of 29 000 sqm is expected to be ready in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Sweden — Bockasjö, Kilenkrysset and Kilenkrysset Sweden are selling five properties with a total leasable area of approximately 120,000 square meters and land of 16,000 square meters at an underlying property value of just over 2 billion SEK to Logicenters.

Sweden — The new logistics property will be specially adapted for storing food in several temperature zones. The facility, which is expected to be ready in the last quarter of 2024, will be located in Hyllinge, just outside Helsingborg, in direct connection to both the E4 and E6.

Sweden — Enköping’s Business Park continues to grow. It’s now clear that Logicenters will continue its establishment in the area where it will develop 12,200 m2 for Jobman Workwear AB. The facility will be ready in the first quarter of 2024.

Finland — Logicenters will develop a state-of-the-art facility of 38,000 sqm in Tuusula, just north of Helsinki, for Alfaroc Logistics Oy. The property is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2024.

Norway — At the Vestby Logistics Park, south of Oslo, NREP Logicenters has now signed a lease agreement with Vinhuset, which is owned by NorgesGruppen. The object of the lease is the 17,800 sqm logistics facility Stormåsan 42. Vinhuset expects to take up residence in September 2023.

Sweden — Logicenters has signed an agreement to acquire a logistics facility in Götene, located alongside the E20 just outside Lidköping. The facility has a total leasable area of 23,040 m2 with baby food manufacturer Semper as the tenant.
