AAK’s oil and fat ingredients are found in several popular consumer and foodservice products. Their development in Logicenters’ state-of-the-art facility in Kronoslätts industrial park, Staffanstorp marks an important step forward in their business venture.
The facility will be tailored for, among other things, the largest production of mayonnaise in the Nordic region, employ approximately 70 people, and cover approximately 16,000 sqm with a long-term agreement and planned occupancy in 2026. The property will be certified according to BREEAM and have several features for reduced climate impact, including solar cells.

With its proximity to Malmö and the Öresund region, the industrial park’s geographical location is very attractive for a variety companies. Logicenters’ other tenants in the area include Kjell & Co, KåKå, First Class Brands, Berner, Bona, Ecolution, and Elbutik.
