Finland — Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire ten standing assets in Finland through a sale and leaseback transaction with Kesko. The properties are being acquired at a total underlying property value of approximately EUR 59 million and comprise a total lettable area of approximately 23,500 square meters.

Sweden — Prisma Properties plans to develop a new retail destination of approximately 4,000 square meters in Ronneby, featuring stores for groceries and daily goods, as well as fast chargers for electric vehicles. The total annual rental value for the entire project is estimated to reach about SEK 5.5 million upon completion, and a long lease agreement has already been signed with a grocery chain.

Sweden — Prisma Properties has signed agreements to acquire two properties in Arvika and Mariestad. The properties comprise a total of approximately 12,000 square meters of leasable area and include two new Ica Maxi stores. The acquisitions are being carried out through a forward funding structure at an underlying property value of SEK 345 million, before deduction of deferred tax. The seller is the property developer Kynningsrud.

Finland — Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire a newly built retail property in Konala, just north of central Helsinki. The acquisition is being made at an underlying property value of EUR 5.5 million. The property consists of approximately 2,600 square meters of leasable area and is fully leased to the discount retailer Jula under a 10-year lease agreement. The seller is the property developer Hartela.

Finland — Prisma Properties has signed a portfolio management agreement (PMA) with Avalor Oy, an independent real estate investment and management company specialising in the retail sector.

Denmark — Prisma Properties has entered into an agreement with Aarhus municipality regarding the acquisition of land in Skejby, an established commercial area at the entrance to Aarhus.

Finland — Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire a new retail property in Ylivieska, Finland. The acquisition is being made through a forward funding structure together with Finnish project developer Wasagroup, at an underlying project value of EUR 20.5 million. The property comprises approximately 11,000 square metres of leasable space with an annual rental value of approximately EUR 1.5 million.

Denmark — During the third quarter of 2025, Prisma Properties will start the development of its new retail area in Holstebro in western Denmark. Prisma has signed 11-year leases with discount retailers Lager 157, Hi five and Big Dollar. Thansen and a national restaurant chain will also be established at the site. The estimated annual rental value of Prisma's project is approximately DKK 6.9 million upon completion.
