The area in Holstebro, close to traffic and strategically located next to the highway, will be developed into a modern destination with a total of 8,200 square meters of retail, services and restaurants. In line with Prisma's efforts in electric car charging, the company has also signed agreements with three charging operators where it is planned to install almost 30 fast chargers on the site.
The detailed development plan for the area is expected to gain legal force during the summer of 2025 and construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2025. Occupancy will take place gradually and all operators are expected to move in during the third quarter of 2026.
The project is part of Prisma's plan to grow in traffic-centric locations in the Danish market. Today, the company owns properties in Denmark worth approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
"We are adding another project within our focus area discount retail, where upon completion we will have a new and modern retail area in Holstebro with long and stable rental incomes. With a strong geographical location and a good mix of well-known brands, we create an attractive whole for both visitors and tenants," says Carsten Krebs, CDO of Prisma Properties.
