Sweden — Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden is selling a development property in Karlstad to the Municipality of Karlstad. The property, Vänersnipan 1, is being divested in a real estate transaction valued at SEK 87 million, corresponding to its book value.

The acquisition is financed through a combination of equity and bank financing. Possession will take place on 3 July 2025.

Sweden — Stenhus Fastigheter has signed a 15-year lease agreement with the Municipality of Tyresö regarding the municipal building in Tyresö. The total lease contract value over the lease term is estimated at approximately SEK 300 million.
