The property Vänersnipan 1, located in Karlstad, belongs to the office segment and has a lettable area of approximately 6,983 square meters. The property is currently vacant and classified as a project property, situated in the Tullholmsviken area of Karlstad. The sale price amounts to SEK 87 million. The property was acquired by Stenhus through its purchase of Randviken Fastigheter in 2022. The divestment will improve Stenhus’ operating profit as well as its occupancy rate. Closing is scheduled for 31 October 2025.
