All properties fall within the warehouse/light industry/logistics segment and have a total lettable area of approximately 19,064 square metres. The properties are located in the following cities: Helsingborg, Malmö, Eskilstuna, Södertälje, and Trollhättan. Bilia is the principal tenant in all the properties. The rental value of the portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 24 million, with a lease duration of ten years. The properties feature a well-balanced mix of workshop, warehouse, and retail spaces, hosting strong brands such as Porsche, BMW, and Toyota.
