ATP Real Estate Makes Large Investment in Carlsberg Byen

ATP Real Estate has acquired five properties from Udviklingsselskabet Carlsberg Byen P/S, which is behind Copenhagen's new Vesterbro district. This is ATP Ejendomme's first purchase in Carlsberg Byen and means a strengthening of ATP Real Estate's portfolio on the market in the capital.
