Castellum Divests Further Properties to Blackstone for SEK 4.8 Billion

Sweden Sweden — Castellum has entered into an agreement with real estate funds managed by Blackstone to divest a further 53 properties for net proceeds of SEK 4.8 billion after deductions for deferred tax and overheads of SEK 0.2 billion. The agreed property value involves a premium of 27 percent against the Q3 2020 valuation and 15 percent against the Q4 2020 valuation. Hand-over will take place on 3 May. The assets will be incorporated into Blackstone’s pan-European last mile logistics platform, Mileway.

Niam Develops Properties with 5G Technology

Nordic — Niam and Netmore are initiating an extensive partnership that will begin with a pilot in Niam's properties in the new district of Värtahamnen, Stockholm and in selected properties in the other Nordic countries. Thereafter, the ambition is to roll out the open 5G technology in large parts of Niam's property portfolio in the Nordic region. Netmore delivers a turnkey 5G solution (5G-as-a-service) that enables both property owners and mobile network operators to offer 5G services on site.

Klövern Signs the First Lease Contract in New York

Sweden Sweden — Klövern has signed a lease contract with chef Matthew Kenney for approximately 730 sq.m. of restaurant space at the ground and lower levels at 1245 Broadway in New York. The new office project is located at the corner of Broadway and 31st Street in Manhattan. The tenant is expected to open operations in the second quarter of 2022 and the lease term is ten years.
