Sweden — AMF Fastigheter has hired acclaimed French architect Manuelle Gautrand to design a destination hotel in Marievik, Stockholm.<br /> Marievik, at Årstaviken, is AMF Fastigheter's largest urban development project to date. A new hotel with around 180 rooms is now being planned here. For star architect Manuelle Gautrand, the project has been more than rewarding:<br /> “I love analyzing the soul of Stockholm!”
