SLP signs lease agreement in Malmö

Sweden — SLP has signed a five year lease agreement with Svevia in the property Stillman 47 in Malmö. The agreement covers an area of approximately 750 square meters of office space and associated land, and occupancy will take place on October 1, 2025. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 860,000.

With this lease, and the fact that SLP has moved its own office to the property during the autumn, the property is now fully leased.
