AMF Fastigheter can now welcome another company to the Moodkvarteret, they write in a press release. This time it is Lumera, a Swedish insurtech company that drives digital transformation for the life and pension industry in Europe. Lumera offers innovative and sustainable technology solutions for insurance administration. The move to the Moodkvarteret will take place in September 2025.

“Our move to Hammaren is a strategic investment to create a modern and dynamic work environment where our employees, customers and partners can meet, collaborate and develop. We see this as an important step to strengthen our culture, drive innovation and attract the best talents. The Moodkvarteret offers the right conditions to support our continued growth and development,” says Jonas Alfredson, CEO of Lumera.

Lumera’s lease in Hammaren totals 2.578 square meters. This is the second major office lease in the Moodkvarteret in a short time. Some time ago it was announced that the international law firm CMS Wistrand is moving its office to Jakobsbergsgatan 24. The two leases total just over 5.000 square meters.

“We are pleased to welcome Lumera as a new tenant with us. They fit well into the tenant mix in the Moodkvarteret, which has developed into a hub for tech, law and finance companies. The two lease agreements that have been signed in a short time in the Moodkvarteret are a statement of strength and proof that demand for quality office space remains good, even in a more cautious office market”, says Jenny Sivervik, Market Area Manager City, AMF Fastigheter.

Responsible for the lease is Erik Ellenfors, Property Manager.
