The property services company Coor has previously announced its intention to leave Kista and Ericsson has terminated an agreement for approximately 33.000 square meters with Corem.
IBM's Sweden CEO Vahid Zohali confirms the move but does not want to answer questions about why the company is moving. Instead, he refers to a statement that says it is "in line with what is requested by our employees," writes Dagens Industri.
"It is always sad when a tenant leaves," says Atrium Ljungberg's CEO Annica Ånäs to Di, stating that IBM is leaving 4.500 square meters.
Annica Ånäs further stated that the property is one of the company's better properties in the area and that the property company had another potential tenant on site to look at it.
