Markus Dangré has over 20 years of experience in real estate development with Skanska, including as project manager in Washington DC and, in recent years, as project manager for Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm.

He will assume his role as CEO of Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm on May 1, 2025. Fredrik Bergenstråhle will leave Skanska and begin working for AFA Fastigheter during the summer. “I am very grateful for everything Fredrik has accomplished during his time with us.
