The deal concerns a residential block containing 371 newly produced rental apartments distributed over three properties located in the Bandhagen district – attractively located close to nature, the city and services. The apartments are in sizes of 1–5 rooms and kitchens. In addition to the apartments, 143 parking spaces are also included. The total lettable area in the project is 20.176 square meters. The block is a densification project with a high sustainability profile and is equipped with, among other things, solar cells on the roofs, wastewater recycling and geothermal heating. The buildings are environmentally certified and in addition to a sustainable operating economy, there are good communication connections in the area.

“We are very pleased that we can now advance our positions in the Stockholm area further. This deal is completely in line with our strategic focus to continue expanding our operations in Stockholm,” comments Willhem's CEO Mariette Hilmersson.
