Tagehus, a family-owned investor that is said to have a long-term ownership perspective, has acquired 1.5 million ordinary shares from a group of existing shareholders. They are the second largest shareholders in John Mattson.

"It is almost a year to the day since Aros Bostad and Besqab merged to form a new leading housing developer in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala. Today, we are more strongly positioned than ever to drive profitable growth in line with our strategy and are pleased to be able to welcome Tagehus as a new, well-regarded and knowledgeable owner of Besqab. We have a history of strong private and institutional owners and look forward to continuing our growth journey with Tagehus on board," says Chairman of the Board Per Rutegård.

Besqab's major owner and board member Samir Taha has reported a sale of 500.000 ordinary shares. The remaining 1 million shares have been sold by board member Johan Gustavsson.
