The Bulten 1 property, which covers a total of approximately 23.100 square meters of logistics space, already has a tenant, Arvid Nilsson AB. It is now clear that Creative Technology Northern Europe will also move in; a 10-year agreement to rent the remaining space has been signed, corresponding to 11.500 square meters.

“In connection with the move in, we are investing in the facility to ensure high-quality logistics space, a standard increase that both we and our new tenant place great value on,” says Jonas Arvidsson, Catena's Regional Manager West.
